The movie highlights the story of a mad killer, Michael Myers, who at a very young age stabbed his older sister to death. He was then sent to a mental hospital, from where he managed to escape and went to his hometown to continue killings. The movie has been able to make a special place for itself in the eyes of people and has also given a fabulous opportunity to John Carpenter to make a name for himself in the glamour world of films.
