Put on a green color sweat suit.
Take green felt and cut out leaves out of it and using glue, paste them all over your sweat suit.
Using the same color felt cut out two 2 - 3 inch long strips that can easily fit around your neck and over lay on your back by about an inch.
For the purpose of cutting petals, you can use the felt of any color of your choice.
Using glue, paste the straight edge of the petals along the edge of one of your felt strips.
Glue the other felt strip on top of the petal edges.
Once the glue gets dried, make a "collar" out of the strip you've cut, using self-adhesive Velcro.
